We’re proud to sell a line of lacto-fermented cabbage based condiments at Winter Ridge Natural Foods Market, and our booth at the Sandpoint Farmer’s Market. We draw from Central American, East Asian, and Eastern European recipes for a deliciously crunchy addition to your cuisine and your gut health.

Our ferment ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, and all within the Northwest region. Our packaging is recyclable glass, and we accept our jars back for re-use. Please drop them off at our booth at the Sandpoint Farmer’s Market, or at Bluebird Bakery.

Our ferment business is entirely owned and operated by Emily Alleman. She crafted her culinary expertise working in the food truck and farmer’s market scene in Bend, Oregon for over a decade. Her passion for fresh food with bold flavors and local ingredients is expertly expressed through our ferments.
