sourdough

We make unusually delicious bread, risen the traditional way, with sourdough starter that has been kept alive by one family since 1870.

Our flour is sourced from Cairnspring Mills in the Skagit Valley; they are dedicated to not only stone-grinding heritage wheat, preserving the bran and germ, but also regenerative agriculture practices.

We incorporate as many locally grown and foraged ingredients as possible, including fresh herbs grown on our farm.

Our farmer’s market booth is unmistakable! Look for the bright yellow tent, hand-painted signs, and wooden rack loaded with hundreds of boules.

Find our sourdough at the Sandpoint Farmer’s Market, Saturdays 9am-1pm, May-October. The market is in Farmin Park on 3rd and Main St, we are in the Northwest corner.
